Landewyck, a heritage tobacco manufacturer with over 175 years of history, is evolving. With the changing times, we have embarked on an innovative journey to develop Next Generation Products that meet the diverse needs of consumers worldwide.

We are on the lookout for a hands-on International Brand & Activation Manager to spearhead the expansion of our newly launched products across various markets.

 

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

Brand Management :

  • Define and roll out Next Generation Product brand strategies that engage our diverse target audiences.
  • Design impactful brand materials and leaflets, collaborating with external agencies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and meet project timelines.Assess brand performance regularly and suggest strategic adjustments.


Brand Execution :

  • Stay up to date on the latest product and labelling requirements.
  • Ensure the execution of compliant product specifications and labels.
  • Partner with our regulatory team for precise and compliant labelling.Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy.


Trade Marketing :

  • Develop and execute the international trade marketing plan in line with sales and marketing objectives in multiple markets and categories.
  • Define and execute trade promotion campaigns and impactful in-store campaigns such as counter displays, sampling,…
  • Lead product and brand activation programs with trade partners to improve brand visibility (Trade and OOH).
  • Work with international markets to customize marketing materials for local preferences.
  • Evaluate trade marketing campaigns and recommend enhancements.
  • Oversee A&P planning and execution.


YOUR PROFILE :

  • A holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • An individual with 3+ proven experience in brand management and/or trade marketing in Western Europe, particularly with FMCG products.
  • Results oriented : you understand the relationship between costs employed and benefits achieved through performance measurements to generate a positive ROI.
  • Retail genius : you understand different route to markets, you know how tobacconists, Key Accounts and wholesalers operate, how a consumer chooses a convenience product, you excel in making our brands and products shine in the point of sale.
  • Share of market is your mantra – you know how to quickly make the most out of commercial opportunities, how to grow market share and how to activate new brands and products in a creative way.
  • Organized and perfectionist, you can plan your trade activities in advance and execute them to perfection while being open for unexpected market opportunities.
  • Analytical & creative, you handle data and spreadsheets like a master while also being innovative on commercial strategy and product activation aspects.
  • Entrepreneurial minded – we have a global corporate and marketing strategy . You’re in the driving seat and you will bring new out-of-the-box ideas to the table and turn them into reality by your own while closely working with the international marketing and the various local sales teams.
  • Both captain and team-mate, you can navigate your project autonomously towards your objectives while cooperating with sales and marketing teams, hand-in-hand.
  • A hands-on professional with a creative mindset.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with German and French language skills being advantageous.
  • An exceptional project manager capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
