Job Description

Our client is a thriving independent global service provider specializing in company secretarial and fiduciary services.
They offer a wide array of accounting, administrative, legal, corporate secretarial, and support services primarily to corporate entities, as well as high-net-worth individuals worldwide.
As a Compliance Administrative Assistant, you play a crucial role in maintaining seamless office operations and providing support for compliance activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in administrative duties, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of compliance procedures and regulations.


 

 


 

 


 

 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Welcome and greet guests upon their arrival at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate individuals or offices.
  • Provide accurate information in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • Support the Chief Compliance Officer with administrative tasks.
  • Aid in the onboarding process of new clients by:
  • Collecting necessary documents to complete their files.
  • Accurately completing all required documentation promptly.
  • Conducting AML/KYC procedures using CDDS AMLSPOTTER.
  • Monitoring and managing client files.
  • Organizing and responding to due diligence requests from clients.

 


 


        Provide compliance assistance to the business by:


 


 


  • Addressing queries and concerns.
  • Handling routine compliance tasks related to documentation and reporting.
  • Compiling materials for compliance reporting.
  • Reviewing and drafting contracts.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

 


Your profile : 


  • 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in word processing and computer skills.
  • Strong command of both French and English languages, both written and spoken. Knowledge of the German language is advantageous.
  • Enjoyment of working in a challenging environment.
  • High motivation to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Ability to meet daily deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, strong teamwork, and active listening skills.
  • Knowledge of or interest in Compliance.
  • Capacity to take ownership of tasks with a "Getting-things-done" mindset.
  • Dynamic and proactive work ethic with a willingness to go the extra mile.
